We have built dozens of climbing facilities for schools and colleges.
The School climbing walls we offer can cater for the GCSE, A level climbing syllabus and the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS).
Climbing offers an exciting and challenging form of exercise and can encourage a lifetime sport and hobby.

Climbing Walls
DR Climbing Walls main product is the design, fabrication and installation of climbing walls.
They come in all shapes and sizes and are made from a variety of materials such as coated birch plywood, fibre glass and sprayed concrete.

All roped climbing walls designed and manufactured by DR Climbing Walls allow climbers to practise lead climbing and top roping. Our Designers can create walls to meet any requirements such as; size, difficulty, teaching syllabus (GCSE, A level), or budget.

Traversing Walls
Traversing Walls offer a different type of challenge to traditional climbing walls, with the main focus of movement lateral not vertical.
This type of climbing allows experienced climbers to perfect difficult moves as well as offering an exciting and challenging introduction for first time climbers, popular in many schools.

Bouldering Walls
Bouldering walls offer interesting climbing problems to climbers of all abilities. These walls are restricted to 4.5m in height are supplied with 300mm carpet top crash matts, this means ropes are not needed. The nature of this type of climbing wall and style of climbing mean problems can be changed and reset on a regular basis drawing climbers back time and time again. The excitement and accessibility of this type of climbing has seen it becoming an increasingly popular sport.
