PARTITIONING - Whether part of a refurbishment or simply creating of more working space, we can divide work areas or provide additional rooms to meet specific requirements .
DECORATION - Our painters and decorators are all highly skilled. They achieve a very high stand of workmanship and finish, ensuring that young people can enjoy an environment which is safe, structured and in the case of nursery schools, caring and fun.
CEILINGS - We regularly undertake the installation of false and suspended ceilings including electrical work where needed.
ELECTRICAL - CMS guarantees NICEIC approved workmanship to IEE Regulations. Work undertaken includes the installation of mains and internal wiring for either new installations or refurbishments. Our electricians are fully qualified with over 25 years experience.
PLUMBING - The scope of work undertaken by our plumbing department includes the following, all carried out to DDA standards:
Toilet cubicles/ Urinals/ Shower blocks/ Washing facilities/ Heat Systems/ Sprinkler systems/ Main drain and soil installation
MAINTENANCE/HIRING - We maintain all purchased accommodation for the first year and will be happy to extend this service annually by contract. We also hire out our portable accommodation complete with full service and maintenance contracts
